
A more effective innovation process
Challenge
Paulig is a family-owned food company with brands like Santa Maria and Risenta in the portfolio. Paulig is one of the largest flavoring companies in Northern Europe. To remain a market leader in this space, they identified the need to infuse additional innovation to their current development process. Being faster and becoming more effective when developing attractive flavors and meal concepts were the core targets to meet in this assignment.
Results
As a result of Goovinn’s contribution, Paulig managed to improve the governance of current project portfolio. Harmonizing processes, way of working and decision-making were some of the key enablers to the successful delivery. By improving communication between departments, launches are now better prepared, and projects meet defined goals to greater extent. As a result, the work environment was improved, much thanks to clearer roles and expectations.
